Lemorian completed the design and development of an auto-lock system for the world’s largest door manufacturer in the USA, delivering a technically robust solution aligned with global manufacturing standards. The project encompassed both traditional and contemporary design variants, addressing distinct architectural styles and market requirements.

Our engagement covered the complete engineering and product development workflow, including lock mechanism architecture, component-level design, tolerance definition, and product engineering. Particular emphasis was placed on functional reliability, mechanical durability, ease of assembly, and long-term performance under real-world operating conditions.

We delivered fully detailed CAD assemblies, part-level models, and manufacturing drawings, enabling accurate tooling, efficient production, and quality control. All designs were developed with consideration for material selection, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

To support design validation and stakeholder alignment, high-resolution photorealistic renders were produced, allowing clear visualization of form, fit, and function prior to prototyping and mass production.

This project demonstrates Lemorian’s capability to execute end-to-end mechanical product development for large-scale manufacturers, combining engineering precision, design adaptability, and production-ready documentation in advanced auto-lock systems.
